Bracelet Crossbody Bag

IMG_8384The designer version of this bag is everywhere and I think it’s so cute and something so different. This one is less than $30 and such a great alternative to the Chloe of you don’t want to spend so much money. It’s a great little bag for summer and I can definitely see myself wearing it all season.

Mascara & Coffee

IMG_6141Some days I just don’t want to spend the time to get all ready. That’s when a pair of joggers and a cute graphic tee (and some big sunnies) are so useful. Im all about the athleisure trend right now, and I love the effortless, cool vibe of a pair of joggers for a cute, casual look.

Blush Moto Jacket

IMG_9663I adore this blush suede moto jacket. It’s such a cool piece to throw on over a plain outfit and can really be dressed up or dressed down. Blush suede is really on trend right now and I’m loving it!

Spring Pastels

img_8828It may still be winter, but these pretty pastel colors are giving me major spring vibes. I’m obsessed with these thermals, and when they were on sale recently, I picked up this pretty mint colored one to add to my collection. You know I’m all about blush any time of year, and I just couldn’t wait to wear these blush suede slip on sneakers. Who else is looking forward to spring?

Casual Dress

img_0738I wear this dress so much, and it’s because I can wear it for just about any occasion. It can be dressed up or worn casually. It’s also been great during pregnancy since it’s so comfortable and stretchy. Here, I paired it with a casual jacket and booties, and this super cute burgundy bag.

Studded Sandals

imageWhile everyone is getting ready for fall, it’s been warming up in the city. It’s been so nice and I even got to enjoy a beach day this past weekend!  I was excited to see that my favorite sandals were back in stock and I got to pick up the other color (I have them in black as well). These sandals are almost identical to the Valentino sandals but at a much more affordable price. They’re the closest I’ve found and I was a little bummed the first time that I bought the black ones, that they didn’t have my size in stock in the tan color. I would definitely recommend picking these up while they’re in stock if you’re looking for a cheaper alternative to the Valentino’s. Although summer’s almost over, they’d be great for next year. I tend to wear sandals all year though 🙂

Basically Neutral

imageI love basics and I love neutrals. I feel like I could never have enough of either because they just go with everything. It makes it so much easier to mix and match different items from your wardrobe whether you’re mixing them together or with more colorful or printed pieces. Add a cute bag and shoes and you’re ready to go.

Another basic I love is stud earrings.  I love these ones because they’re a simple shape but they’re gold and marble which is so on trend right now.

Knotted Tee

imageLately I’ve seen a trend of tying a knot at the end of your t-shirt and I think it’s a really cute way to add a simple detail to an outfit. This tee was a great choice since it fits pretty long on me, so there’s enough extra material to work with. I’ve also seen several options that come already tied. what do you think of this trend?  I love that it’s something you can do with pieces you already have in your closet, without spending any money!

Rose Gold Accents on the Boardwalk

This past weekend my husband and I took a little road trip to Santa Cruz to escape the city and get some sun!  I wore this outfit for an evening on the boardwalk and a casual dinner.

Ever since rose gold became super popular a few years ago, I’ve been in love!  Gold and pink together?!  I can’t get enough of it!  For this casual look I used all rose gold accessories (except my sunglasses) to make it a little more fun since my shorts and top were so basic.

I love taking this purse on trips with me where I’m going to be walking around a lot and don’t want to have to worry about carrying a big bag all day.  It looks pretty small but surprisingly, you can fit a lot of stuff into it.  Perfect for all of my essentials!  What also makes it great is that you can adjust the chain to be shorter, remove the chain to use as a clutch, or wear it crossbody.  It’s basically every bag you need in one, which is why I love taking it traveling.

Rose gold has shown up in just about everything, so it’s easy to find any accessory with this gorgeous tone!
