Ruffled Skort

IMG_7346A couple years ago skorts were huge. I feel like they’ve sort of died out, but I still love them. I really love this one because it really looks like a skirt. I love how girly the ruffles are, and they totally disguise the shorts. I was really tempted to get the pink one, but I love white for summer!

Blush Off the Shoulder Sweater

IMG_2169This is one of my favorite looks recently, not just because it’s one of my favorite color combos, but I’m loving off the shoulder tops and I’m obsessed with these booties!  What makes this sweater so great is that it’s cut to be worn off the shoulder so the fit is perfect. One side is shorter than the other so that it’s the same length when worn off the shoulder.

Casual Spring Booties

IMG_1456I love booties because they’re so versatile and can be worn in so many different ways. They’re the perfect spring shoe that can be paired with dresses, skirts, or jeans like I’m wearing here. Nude colored booties can really help to elongate your legs if you find a pair close to your skintone. I especially love these ones because I think the tie detail is so cute!  What’s your favorite shoe for spring?

Slouchy Spring Sweater

IMG_0821It’s finally spring!  It’s been raining here lately, but I’m hoping for some warm sunshine soon!  I love a slouchy, effortless sweater, and this one is perfect for spring because it’s lightweight, and the oversized fit is perfect if you like the off the shoulder look like I do.

Spring Pastels

img_8828It may still be winter, but these pretty pastel colors are giving me major spring vibes. I’m obsessed with these thermals, and when they were on sale recently, I picked up this pretty mint colored one to add to my collection. You know I’m all about blush any time of year, and I just couldn’t wait to wear these blush suede slip on sneakers. Who else is looking forward to spring?

Chevron Dress

imageStripes are one of my favorite patterns. It’s so classic and always looks good. Another great variation on classic stripes is a chevron print. I love the way a chevron print like the one on this dress looks slimming, but also gives the illusion that I have a little more curves than I actually do.

Summer Basics

imageThere’s nothing better for summer than jean shorts and a tee. It’s the perfect combo to look cute and stay cool. These shorts are my absolute favorite because I love the distressed detail and rolled cuffs. This lace trim trench coat is so perfect for layering in warmer weather since it’s so lightweight and the sleeves can be rolled up and buttoned for a short sleeve look or full length if it gets a little cooler at night.
