Hints of Prints

IMG_3518I don’t wear too many prints. I normally stick to solid colors, but I feel like I really should start adding some more into my wardrobe. I’m just not drawn to them, but I do love stripes or leopard print from time to time. Prints on shoes or accessories are a fun way to add to a solid color outfit, or layering. Since the hem of this sweater picks up on the sides I thought it would be fun to layer a hint of a print underneath to peak out. What is your favorite type of print to wear?

Pink Cardigan and Leopard Flats

img_0789I’ve worn this cardigan so much already, but it’s one of my favorite pieces right now. I love how even though it does offer some color to an outfit, it goes with so many outfits. This outfit is a go to for me right now because it’s so easy and comfortable. Fun, pointed flats instantly dress up a casual outfit a little more, but also keep it comfortable.

Stripes, Leopard, & Pop of Pink

img_0427Stripes and leopard are one of my favorite print combos. I think it looks really fun without being overwhelming. Adding a pink bag just adds a fun pop of color. I’m really loving these long sleeved tops from Gap, one of my only maternity buys. They’re so comfortable, I’m thinking I’ll probably be buying some non maternity too!

Blush Bomber and Leopard

imageIt has been so hot in the city lately so it was nice to be able to wear some shorts!  I love all gray, but to add some fun I topped this outfit off with a satin blush bomber jacket and some leopard slip on sneakers. I love these shoes for everyday wear because they’re comfortable and I love a pop of leopard. Bomber jackets are so great this time of year for transitional weather because they add a little warmth, but aren’t too much. I especially love this one!

Workout Outfit

IMG_8468Today I thought I would share what I like to wear to work out.  I’m obsessed with these cute Nike leopard print leggings!  I like wearing leggings because they are so comfortable and I don’t have to worry about anything being too loose or too short depending what kind of exercise I’m doing.

I’ve always thought the Pink sports bras from Victoria’s Secret were so cute but since they came in sizes S-L it was hard to find a size that fit perfectly.  Either the band size would be too big, or the cup size would be too small.  I’m so excited because they recently extended their sizes.  Each size now come in two options such as S(AA-C) and S(D-DD) so its much easier to find a perfect fit, especially if you’re a small girl with a larger cup size like I am.

Blush & Burgundy

IMG_7183I really love the color combination of blush and burgundy.  Its not a combo you would normally see together, but I think they go really well.  But of course, I think blush goes with everything 😉   I’m really late to the whole midi ring trend but I’m loving this set I found at Kohls.  I just love how simple and delicate they are, and you know I can’t resist rose gold!

Hope your new year is off to a great start!

Chambray, Purple, & Leopard

The weather has been really weird lately.  It can’t decide if it wants to be summer or fall.  Yesterday was 85 degrees (it almost never gets that hot) and today was 60!  With it being a little more chilly today, I decided to go with a chambray top and colorful jeans.  This is a really easy outfit for fall and great for transitioning seasons.  Chambray tops are so easy to pair with anything, but I thought it would be fun to add a little color with some purple jeans and some leopard flats since this print also works like a neutral.  When it gets a little colder, this outfit also works by just layering on a nice chunky scarf.

Thanks for reading!
