It has been so hot in the city lately so it was nice to be able to wear some shorts! I love all gray, but to add some fun I topped this outfit off with a satin blush bomber jacket and some leopard slip on sneakers. I love these shoes for everyday wear because they’re comfortable and I love a pop of leopard. Bomber jackets are so great this time of year for transitional weather because they add a little warmth, but aren’t too much. I especially love this one!

So far I haven’t bought many new maternity clothes, just two pairs of jeans and two tops. This is mainly because most of my clothes still fit me besides my jeans, but during this pregnancy I would rather stick with basics and add accessories and outerwear that I can wear even after the baby comes.
I love this long sleeve basic tee because it can be paired with anything and can be used to layer. Wearing a simple tee and jeans leaves all the attention to the accessories. These are some of my favorite shoes, and I love this purse because burgundy is such a great color for fall. I especially love blush and burgundy together!

Blush and gray are one of my favorite color combos. This outfit could easily be really casual with a basic tee and jeans, but adding a fun jacket and pretty shoes instantly takes it up a notch.

I love a monochrome outfit, especially in black. Black always looks chic, and I think black works all year round, even in summer. Monochrome is so easy because you know everything matches, but try to mix some textures like this (faux) leather jacket and cut out in the shorts. Another way to do monochrome is to use different shades of the same color. What do you think of monochrome looks?

This is one of my absolute favorite dresses. I also have it in black, which I’ve featured in a few other outfits posts. It’s made of a thick stretchy material that’s comfortable and smooths out just enough since it’s not super thin. They always come out with new colors which is really fun. I’m currently writing this post from a plane and it’s packed in my suitcase since it’s easy to travel with and doesn’t wrinkle, which is a plus!
If you’re not following me on Instagram, I made an exciting announcement a couple of weeks ago. If you notice a tiny bump, that’s because I’m pregnant! I’ve been mostly sticking to looser fitting clothes since I’m at that awkward stage where you can’t tell if I’ve eaten too much or I have a baby bump. Since this dress stretches and is so comfortable, I’m hoping it will still work even when I get bigger.
