Black and White Floral Nike

imageThere are so many great items in the sale going on right now at Nordstrom. These floral print Nike shoes are the only thing I picked up from the sale, and I absolutely love them. I love the print and they’re so comfortable. They also just slip on so they couldn’t be easier, and I’ve been wearing them non stop!

Knotted Tee

imageLately I’ve seen a trend of tying a knot at the end of your t-shirt and I think it’s a really cute way to add a simple detail to an outfit. This tee was a great choice since it fits pretty long on me, so there’s enough extra material to work with. I’ve also seen several options that come already tied. what do you think of this trend? ย I love that it’s something you can do with pieces you already have in your closet, without spending any money!

Simple Summer

imageSometimes during the summer when it’s hot, it’s just easier to keep it simple and stay cool. These are some of my favorites and great for hot weather. These denim ย shorts are perfect and literally go with anything, and I love this tank top because the fit is great, it’s reversible, and it comes in tons of colors and prints.

Purple Dress

imageThis is one of my absolute favorite dresses. I also have it in black, which I’ve featured in a few other outfits posts. It’s made of a thick stretchy material that’s comfortable and smooths out just enough since it’s not super thin. They always come out with new colors which is really fun. I’m currently writing this post from a plane and it’s packed in my suitcase since it’s easy to travel with and doesn’t wrinkle, which is a plus!

If you’re not following me on Instagram, I made an exciting announcement a couple of weeks ago. If you notice a tiny bump, that’s because I’m pregnant! ย I’ve been mostly sticking to looser fitting clothes since I’m at that awkward stage where you can’t tell if I’ve eaten too much or I have a baby bump. Since this dress stretches and is so comfortable, I’m hoping it will still work even when I get bigger.

Ripped Jeans and Heels

imageI’m really into ripped jeans, but sometimes if they’re super distressed it’s hard to make them look nice and not look like a bum. One way I like to make them look a little nicer is by pairing them with some heels. Heels will instantly dress you up a little which I think sometimes really helps to make these kind of jeans work. How do you like to style ripped jeans?

Blue Floral Dress

imageThis weekend we went to our friends wedding and this is what I wore. I normally don’t go for too many prints, and especially all over floral, but there’s something I really like about this dress. I think the simple silhouette and monochromatic shades of blue help to make it look really modern and chic. The great thing about this dress is that it comes in 3 different size types, petite (what I’m wearing), tall, and maternity. ย  I also really loved the blue dress paired with light pink heels. What do you think of floral prints? Are you a fan?

Pink Off the Shoulder Dress

imageOff the shoulder tops and dresses are so on trend this season and its one I’m really enjoying. A couple weeks ago I featured this same dress in white. I bought it in two colors because I thought it would be the perfect dress for summer. I love how bright this pink is and paired with neutral accessories, it’s really wearable. I’m absolutely loving these wedges because the give the illusion of wearing a heel, but there isn’t too much of an arch so they’re super comfortable to wear all day.
